       工廠坐落于上海，占地面積25000平米，是弗儀智能儀表有限公司在中國最大的生產基地，下設：上海，北京，山東，廣東，河南，石家莊，天津，成都等銷售服務中心。

FUYI Intelligent Instrument (Shanghai) Co., LTD is a joint venture company held by Hong Kong FLOWX group, which is dedicated to providing customers with integrated solutions for automation instruments and industrial automation. The company's products and services include municipal sewage, urban water supply and drainage, environmental engineering and monitoring, water conservancy engineering, metallurgy and smelting, chemical engineering, electricity, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, petroleum, paper making, printing and dyeing, electronics, seawater desalination and other industries.

Fuyi Intelligent Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has signed a cooperation agreement with British FvLuoky Instruments Co., Ltd. to obtain the authorization to use the FvLuoky trademark and products, as the exclusive partner of FvLuoky brand in China, aiming to create the world's strongest industrial automation product line.

The factory is located in Shanghai, covering an area of 25,000 square meters. It is the largest production base of Fuyi Intelligent Instrument Co., Ltd. in China. It consists of Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong, Guangdong, Henan, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, Chengdu and other sales and service centers.
